These two service streams compliment both the Minor Works and Major Works that the team at Safe Rubber Surfacing provide.
Our Management Systems
Our Management Systems at Safe Rubber Surfacing compile of:
- Employing dedicated Customer Service representatives to ensure our customers are dealt with promptly at all times.
- Technicians that are dispatched and monitored through the Service Centre, ensure the effective use of resources and provide access to live updates from site if needed priorities should change.
- All our works and trades staff are co-ordinated through the Customer Service team; they are dispatched through our field services mobility solutions to make sure response KPIs are met in all circumstances.
Minor Works Team
Our Minor Works Team is focused on Service and Maintenance activities for our customers.
At Safe Rubber Surfacing we provide these services for a range of Government and Corporate clients. Critical elements of the service delivery revolve around response times; limiting down time and maximizing asset life.
Our dedicated customer service team with mobility solutions assist with meeting these targets.
Major Works Team
With a focus on risk management, our Project Management Team controls every aspect of the project delivery including:
- Design
- Product Selection
- Stage Procurement or MRP
- Site Safety and Material Handling
- Quality Certification and Reporting
- Resource Planning and scheduling
- Trade Services co-ordination
